Play and sports
It is very important that you get some exercise.
When you run around and use your body, you use a lot of energy. When you use a lot of energy, you use a lot of sugar and insulin. Therefore it is important that you make sure to get enough to eat, to measure your blood sugar and to get enough insulin. If you play football, tennis or any other game and you get tired at training, it may be a good idea to have some fast acting sugar fro example a fruit pastel sweet or a glass of orange juice.
It is very important that you get some exercise. When you have diabetes you might get problems when you get older, but if you do sports and use your legs instead of always getting the bus, you will feel well and healthy, even with diabetes.
